1. I need help downloading my Audio Bible files
a) After successfully completing checkout, check your email, and look for an email from "Lascelles LLC". Click on the download link contained in this email.
b) You will then see a window similar to this: Click the "Save" button.

c) Next, you will see a window similar to this: Choose the location on your computer where you would like to save your Audio Bible files to. Then click the "Save" button.

d) Next, you will then see a window similar to this: When the download is complete, open the folder in which you saved the download.

2. I need help opening the Audio Bible files I have downloaded
a) After locating the folder in which you saved the download, you will see the downloaded file and it will be in a folder similar to this:

Note: This is a "zipped" folder (notice the zipper), which allows all the individual audio files (chapters) you purchased to be downloaded as one file. The "zip" format is not, in this case, used to compress the size of the audio files, as this has already been accomplished by the fact that the audio files are in MP3 format. What this means though, is that it is not essential to have an "unzip" program on your computer in order to get your audio files out of the zipped folder.
b) If you are familiar with using an unzip program you can still use it, but if not, simply click (or double-click) on the zipped folder to open it, and then drag the folder (or folders) inside the zipped folder to the location of you choice (such as your desktop as a temporary location). After opening this second folder (or folders) you can access the individual audio files.

3. My download link has expired before successfully downloading a product
Please contact us using the form found here and explain the difficulty you have had downloading your Audio Bible product, and we will resolve the problem for you.
4. I want to return a product for a refund
Authorized product returns will be given a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. To "return" a downloaded product, please print out and fax to us the Digital Product Refund Form. Click here to access the form, and along with instructions on completing it.
