Product Warranties and Refunds
The audio products available on our website come with a 30 day warrantee.
If you find a product to be defective in any way, we will gladly resolve your issue or give you a full refund of the original purchase price, within 30 days from the date of purchase. See our support page for further details.
Refunds for downloadable products will be made after the Downloadable Product Return Form, available for download from our support page, is printed out, signed, and faxed to the number indicated. This is a written and binding commitment to delete the downloaded product from any and all computers, playback devices, and storage media, upon receiving the refund.
Audio products shipped on CDs or other media, will be refunded upon returning the product to us as detailed on our support page.
